Az ELTE pszichológia és tanácsadó szakpszichológus szakán diplomáztam, majd a Pécsi Tudományegyetem klinikai szakpszichológus képzését végeztem el. Emellett hipnoterápiás végzettséget szereztem, valamint képződtem krízishelyzetek kezelésében, társas készségek fejlesztésében, mindfulness és kognitív módszerekben, és a személyiség egészség átformáló megközelítésekben is.

Körülbelül tizenöt éve fogadom felnőttek és kamaszok megkeresését a magánszektorban, emellett a közoktatásban töltöttem egy évtizedet, így sokféle élethelyzetben, változatos kérdésekben támogathattam klienseimet. Jelenleg az ELTE Pedagógiai és Pszichológiai Karának pszichológiai tanácsadó központjában dolgozom egyetemi hallgatókkal angol és magyar nyelven.

I graduated from Eötvös Loránd University with a degree in psychology and as a counselling psychologist, and later completed the clinical psychologist training program at the University of Pécs. In addition, I hold a qualification in hypnotherapy and have received further training in crisis intervention, social skills development, mindfulness and cognitive approaches, as well as transformative approaches to personality and health.

For about fifteen years, I have been working in private practice with adults and adolescents, while also spending a decade in public education. These experiences have allowed me to support clients in a wide range of life situations and with diverse challenges. I currently work at the Psychological Counselling Centre of the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, providing counselling to university students in both English and Hungarian.
