Service
Get to know our unique “mental health safety net” program, which we developed for companies!
The Employee Assistance Programme is a strategic HR tool that helps maintain and improve the well-being and performance of the employees at work. It provides immediate and professional counselling for workers who are experiencing difficulties.
The Employee Assistance Program is a counselling service provided by psychologists and counsellors to employees of the client company, free of charge and completely anonymously, which helps workers with personal and work-related setbacks and difficulties.
Employee counselling is a benefit from the company to the employee that benefits both parties.
Why EAP?
- a complex service that provides support at all levels of the organisation
- funding psychological services for workers, which are free and available to them free of charge, is an investment that pays off in the short and long term as well
- helps employees to identify and solve personal problems → significantly reduces absence due to personal problems
-
stronger bond and loyalty: caring increases employee satisfaction, increases employee loyalty and reduces fluctuation
-
resilient organisation: if workers’ resilience improves, so does the organisation’s resilience! Resilience is key to adapting quickly and adaptively to environmental challenges
-
a difficulty or blockage “caught” at an early stage requires less intervention, it’s faster, cheaper and often more effective: easily accessible, company-sponsored professional psychological support prevents problems from escalating, so the employee can keep focused on their work
-
return on investment (ROI) for EAP: $1 invested → returns between $3 and $10
-
our psychological services are deductible as expenses, and employee counselling is a tax-exempt benefit under the Income Tax Law

Which companies are recommended to implement EAP?
-
who have taken restrictive measures in relation to COVID and the epidemic and who perceive that the mental state of their employees has deteriorated, their activity and motivation has decreased due to the home office
-
who have difficulties in attracting or retaining staff (e.g. IT, SSC)
-
where the majority of workers belong to generations Y and Z: for them, it is now essential to take care of their physical and mental health and to continuously improve themselves
-
where the level of work-related stress is particularly high
-
for organisations that care about the well-being of their employees
-
where absenteeism is high
-
who are open to innovation and looking for a really valuable form of benefit
-
where it is important to increase the level of organisational and employee resilience
The regulations of the Labour Protection Law
National occupational safety and health legislation has long included provisions for the assessment and management of psychosocial risks: The Occupational Safety and Health Law XCIII of 1993 defines it as:
Psychosocial risk: the sum of the effects on the worker at work (conflicts, work organisation, work schedules, job insecurity, etc.) which affect his/her reactions to these effects and which may lead to stress, accidents at work or psychosomatic illnesses.
Employers are obliged to assess the psychosocial risks to workers and do their utmost to minimise them.
Psychosocial risks can pose a serious threat not only to the employee, but also to the organisation as a whole (they can result in increased turnover, absenteeism due to illness, mistakes or errors).
